Star Trek: Section 31, starring Michelle Yeoh, marks the first feature film in the franchise to embrace virtual production that I was fortunate to work on. This project pushed the boundaries of LED volume environments and set extensions, delivering some of the most immersive and visually stunning scenes. With the largest number of extras on stage, it showcased how virtual production could seamlessly blend practical and digital elements, setting a new standard for feature filmmaking.

The Baraam Lounge

The Baraam is a luxury space station operating as a nightclub and entertainment venue outside of Federation space, owned and operated by Philippa Georgiou under the alias "Madame Veronique du Franc" in the Star Trek movie Section 31. It serves as a neutral location where Section 31, a shadowy organization within Starfleet, conducts missions, such as intercepting a dangerous bioweapon sale in the film.
